System Overview
This example is a cabinet-type (single-bottle group) heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system. The cabinet-type fire extinguishing device is directly placed in the protected area and does not require pipeline transportation, making installation simple and convenient. The cabinet-type fire extinguishing device is subject to the interlocking control of the fire alarm control system and can be interlocked with multiple units to protect a larger protected area.
Fire extinguishing process
① When a fire breaks out, the smoke detector will sound the alarm, the alarm host will send out a fire alarm signal, and at the same time activate the sound and light alarm inside the protected area.
② The fire temperature keeps rising, the temperature-sensing fire detector alarms, the main unit confirms the fire alarm signal, initiates the fire extinguishing process, turns off the air conditioning, ventilation and other related facilities, and activates the outdoor sound and light alarm.
③ After the countdown ends (0 to 30 seconds), start the electromagnetic driver of the fire extinguishing cylinder group, open the container valve of the fire extinguishing cylinder group, and push the heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent through the delivery pipe with high-pressure nitrogen to extinguish the fire.
④ After the fire extinguishing agent enters the conveying pipe, the signal feedback device feeds back an action signal, activates the gas release indicator light outside the protected area, and warns personnel not to enter.
⑤ After the fire extinguishing agent is discharged, the pressure in the protected area rises. When it reaches a certain value, the pressure relief device in the protected area automatically opens.
