System Overview
The IG541 combined distribution system has fire extinguishing cylinder groups set up in the cylinder storage room. The main components of IG541 are stored in gaseous form in containers, simultaneously protecting two protected areas. The number of cylinder groups is calculated based on the protected area with the largest storage of fire extinguishing agent.

Fire extinguishing process
①When a fire breaks out, the smoke detector will sound the alarm, the alarm host will send out a fire alarm signal, and at the same time activate the sound and light alarm inside the protected area.

② The fire temperature keeps rising, the temperature-sensing fire detector alarms, the main unit confirms the fire alarm signal, initiates the fire extinguishing process, turns off the air conditioning, ventilation and other related facilities, and activates the outdoor sound and light alarm.

③After the countdown ends (0 to 30 seconds), the electromagnetic driver of the start cylinder group is activated to drive the gas to push open the locking mechanism of the corresponding selection valve in the protected area, opening the container valve of the fire extinguishing cylinder group. The IG541 fire extinguishing agent passes through the manifold and distribution pipe, pushes open the selection valve, and enters the pipeline network to be discharged for fire extinguishing.

④After the fire extinguishing agent enters the pipeline network, the signal feedback device feeds back an action signal, activates the gas release indicator light outside the protected area, and warns personnel not to enter.

⑤After the fire extinguishing agent is discharged, the pressure in the protected area rises. When it reaches a certain value, the pressure relief device in the protected area automatically opens.
