1.     Automatic control mode: The Jiangxi IG541 fire extinguishing system must be equipped with two types of fire detectors.     The controller has a control mode selection lock, and when it is placed in the "automatic" position, the fire extinguishing controller is in automatic control mode;     When only one type of detector emits a fire signal, the controller sends out a fire alarm sound and light signal to notify the occurrence of an abnormal situation, and issues a linkage command to close the linkage equipment such as fans and fire dampers, without activating the fire extinguishing device to release the fire extinguishing agent;     When two types of detectors simultaneously emit a fire signal, the controller sends out a fire alarm sound and light signal.
After a delay of 0-30 seconds (at this time, all personnel in the protected area must evacuate), the fire extinguishing command is issued, the solenoid valve is opened, the gas is activated to open the container valve, the fire extinguishing agent is released, and the fire is extinguished.     At the same time, the air release indicator light at the entrance of the protective zone is on, and no one is allowed to enter the protective zone.

2.     Electrical manual emergency start control mode: When a fire occurs, personnel observe and confirm that the fire has already occurred.     Regardless of whether the alarm system issues an alarm or whether the control mode on the controller is locked in the "automatic" or "manual" position, the "emergency start button" outside the protected area or on the control panel can be pressed to activate the fire extinguishing device and extinguish the fire.

3.     Emergency mechanical start-up working method: When the controller of Jiangxi IG541 fire extinguishing system fails, and the duty personnel determine that it is a fire, they should immediately notify all personnel on site to evacuate, and close the linkage equipment such as fans and fire dampers.     
Then, the emergency mechanical start-up should be implemented according to the following steps: unplug the safety pin on the starting handle of the corresponding area's driving gas cylinder, and directly tap the handle (note:  another way is to use it when the driving gas cylinder is not under pressure, that is, first open the corresponding protection zone selection valve, and then open the container valves on the corresponding protection zone's power cylinder group one by one to immediately extinguish the fire).

4.     Emergency stop working mode: When the gas fire extinguishing controller sends out an audible and visual alarm signal and is in the delay stage, if it is found to be a false alarm of a fire alarm, the emergency stop button can be immediately pressed, and the system will stop the output of the valve opening signal to avoid losses.
